Platform areas

GesForma is structured into four integrated access areas suited to the needs and permissions of the different stakeholders in the training process.

Administration

Area dedicated to the overall management of training: courses, entities, schedule, pedagogical unit, quizzes, e-training, trainers, communications and settings.

Client

Area reserved for client training managers, with access to schedules, course data, trainees, metrics, proposals, pedagogical dossiers and training history.

Trainer

Area focused on training management from the trainer and coordinator perspective, including schedule, support documentation and monitoring of assigned actions.

Trainee

Area for viewing completed or enrolled courses, history, certificates, reports, e-learning, quizzes and personal data.
